Multiple campaigns help small charity raise over £62k in one year

HARP is an independent charity based in Southend that reduces homelessness by providing essential services, emergency housing and long term solutions, thus enabling people to rebuild their lives and live independently in the community.

HARP wanted to increase regular giving by signing people up at events using Smart Text Giving in a way that made the process easy, instantaneous and kept the control with HARP.

The branded aspect is significant in helping to raise awareness and increase support.  HARP now encourage everything, including making payments for events and donations, to be done online using Charity Checkout. They like the flexibility of being able to run multiple campaigns and believe that supporter prefer to go online to make payments, rather than send in a cheque.
